The Bachelor/ABC

There are a lot of battles this week, and no, I'm not just talking about the beef between Onyeka and Nicole. Let's take a look at Week 6 of Season 23 'The Bachelor'!

Taking Care of Unfinished Business

The episode starts off with the continuation of the drama between Nicole and Onyeka during last week's episode. Well, what happened? The two women are sent home during the Rose Ceremony. Colton and his remaining ladies venture to Vietnam.

The First One-on-One Date

Sydney, Katie, and Demi are anticipating to be invited on a one-on-one date. Sorry ladies, Hannah G. scores the first one-on-one date this week. Hannah's one-on-one date with Colton involves a spa day full of being pampered and making out. The couple gets massages and facials. They kiss a number of times while being wrapped in leaves and in a mud bath.

Colton and Hannah have dinner in the evening. Hannah opens up to Colton about her parents' divorce and her childhood. Colton gives Hannah the one-on-one date rose.

The Group Date

Looks like some of the women were hooked on a feeling. Cassie, Tayshia, Hannah B., Sydney, Demi, Katie, Heather & Caelynn go on a group date with Colton this week. The women learn Vovinam, a form of Vietnamese martial arts. There is a lot of laughter at first, but the women go after each other. There are three duels: Heather & Sydney, Hannah & Cassie, and Demi & Katie. In fact, Katie accidentally punched Demi in the face. Not wanting to take any more risks of the women potentially getting hurt, the duels come to an end.

The competition and the feelings are getting real at this point. In addition, the some of the women's insecurities are being unveiled. Demi and Colton speak to Demi's mom on the phone. (Demi's mom was just released from federal prison.) Sydney calls Colton out on not spending enough time with her. She tells Colton that there are women who are "easy" decisions, but are not necessarily the best fit for him, nor ready for this next step in their future. She decides to leave the competition. Tayshia receives the group date rose.

The Second One-on-One Date

Kirpa goes on the second one-on-one date. They are taken out to sea to search for urchins. Kirpa and Colton sit at a candlelit dinner later in the evening. Kirpa shares with Colton about her previous engagement. Colton enjoys spending time with Kirpa, and he gives her the one-on-one date rose.

Demi's Elimination

After Kirpa returns from her date, Demi decides to make a bold move. With her hair done and looking all dolled up, Demi parades to visit Colton in his hotel room. Demi confesses to Colton that she is falling in love with him. However, Colton tells Demi that he is unsure of whether he can imagine a future with her. This sends Demi to head home and she is eliminated.

The Rose Ceremony

Thankfully, this episode did not leave off on a "To be continued..." cliffhanger. Katie is eliminated during the rose ceremony. Hopefully, we will be smelling a few roses next week on 'The Bachelor'!
